Our Children's Ministry is based on Luke 2:52, "And Jesus grew in
wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men."
It is our goal in Children's Ministry to partner with parents to help their children come to know Jesus as their personal Savior and to help them build a personal relationship with Him.

time at Western Hills Church, the best hour
of their week. This makes Sunday school and
worship hour for kids in the nursery,
preschool and grades 1-5 classes, a high
priority for Western Hills Children's
leaders and helpers. |

Our mission in KidCity is to create a fun, caring
environment for kids as they come to
discover their own beliefs and values.
Our motto is: “Come and Be Loved,
Because God Chose YOU to be a Part of
His Family!” We strive to create a warm,
loving, family-like environment for
children. This year in KidCity, the
theme is, “Truth Trek: Dig it! Live it!”
The theme is an archaeological
excavation to uncover truths and
treasures for our lives. Each quarter we
will hold a “Night Dig” – a Friday
evening event around this theme. We hope
you might join us sometime!

A Fun Event for
Kids!
Looking for a
fun, productive outlet for your kids
this summer?
KidCity, a children's program of
Western Hills Church of San Mateo,
is hosing Truth Trek VKC on July
8-10, 6-8:30pm.
Kids from Pre-K to 5th grade are
welcome to join us as we go on a
Trek for Truth, uncovering ancient
artifacts and exploring stories from
the Bible that teach us values and
morals for our lives today!
And on Friday 7/10, come early (3pm)
for Summer Splash - including water
games, a bounce house, and a BBQ
dinner! ($5)
