Western Hills Church is a Southern Baptist affiliated church located in San Mateo, California. Everyone is welcome to attend and participate in the services, activities and ministries of WHC. According to WHC’s Constitution/Bylaws, membership is required for voting and leadership roles (i.e., Pastoral Staff, Elders, Teachers).
The means for becoming a member include: accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior; following Him in Biblical baptism (water baptism by immersion); completing the Membership Class and agreeing to what is taught in that class; interview by an Elder and approval by the Elder Team.
